Serving on the CSU Adobe Advisory Council, I created a maturity scale to give to campuses to visualize how they can maximize Adobe Creative Cloud licenses for their students.
In a brainstorm with council, members developed maturity steps for three personas: students, faculty, and campuses in general (modified to administrators). I translated the steps in a board game-like experience with representative avatars for the personas.
The graphic is designed to be a 11x17in poster for print or digital. It was created on Adobe Illustrator with a mix of Adobe Stock and original assets.
